Return Policy

If you think the ordered PEREVO products are not suitable or do not meet your expectations, there is no problem, you can return them free of charge within 14 calendar days. 

What should you do?

1. Communicate your data to us!

Fill in the return form.

2. Prepare the package!

Make sure you send the return form by e-mail to: office@perevo.eu, or to your PEREVO account and pack the product.

3. Return the package!

In the return form fill in the date and address to send a courier. If you want to return the products through another courier company, the cost of transport will be borne by you.


Why can the return be refused?

You need to consider several things before returning a product. Due to the delicate nature of the products sold, we reserve the right to refuse any returned product that cannot be resold as new, as it may endanger the health of buyers.

Therefore, your return may be denied if:

  1. The product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered: it shows signs of use, less weight than the one mentioned on the label.
  2. The composition label or security seal has been removed.
  3. In the return package there are different products from those in the completed form.

If the above conditions are not met, we will refuse the return and send you the package back with the payment of the shipment to the recipient.

In what situations can the return NOT be denied?

If you have received a defective product or one other than the one ordered, please send the request in writing to: office@perevo.eu, together with the photos of the received products. The return and / or exchange of the product will be organized as soon as possible at no cost to the buyer.

Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.

If you bought a product or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

If you wish to return the purchased products, PEREVO (S.C. Hairtech Professional S.R.L) guarantees you the return period provided by law, namely 14 days after receiving the product.
